Customer Experience Supervisor

Skills & Requirements:

Motivated, energetic with a “can do “ attitude;
Minimum 2 years of Team Leader/Supervisory experience, minimum of 10 FTE;
Minimum of 2 years of customer service operations experience required;
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, customer service skills, and the ability to analyze,organize and present information;
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office-particularly MS Office and Excel;
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills that potentially lead to process improvement and better customer experience;
Flexible schedule.

Job Description:

Oversee day to day operations of customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction and productivity;
Measure team and individual performance with targets and metrics;
Propose and implement process improvements;
Undertake regular performance evaluation of team members and coach them for any improvements;
Execute quality monitoring across all media- voice, e-mail, social media;
Answer staff questions and escalate significant issues to operations manager;
Carry out shift planning and solve capacity issues in advance.
