We’re looking for a Human Resources Specialist to join our team.
Skills & Requirements:
Motivated, energetic with a “can do “ attitude;
Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience;
Ability to provide communication that is clear and direct, both written and oral;
Strong multi-tasking skills, with an ability to quickly shift focus as required by needs of the business;
Strong presentation skills;
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite of products. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, GDrive etc.)
Responsible for meeting operational hiring targets to ensure company growth goals are achieved;
Manage applicant flow from internal and external postings;
Generate a candidate pipeline utilizing various sources; (internet, referrals, universities etc.)
Review candidates and conduct phone screens, first interviews, side-by-side and testing as required prior to presenting the candidate to the operations manager;
Develop new and creative forms of sourcing candidates, as well as identifying potential points of failure within the on-boarding process.
Develop, implement and coordinate onboarding program;
Amend and revise onboarding program as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the business processes.
