What You’ll Do
- Own and manage end-to-end Compensation & Benefits processes (salary reviews, bonus cycles, benefit benchmarking, policy design and payroll data consolidation)
- Act as a trusted HR partner for people by guiding them on OD strategies, people development, and policy interpretation
- Lead and optimize HR processes such as performance management,career paths, and competency development
- Drive HR analytics (retention, performance) to support business decisions
- Partner with Finance Team to develop and execute personnel budgeting and workforce cost forecasting
- Align HR operations across Turkey and Italy, ensuring compliance with local regulations while promoting a unified company culture
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- 6–10 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years of specialized experience in Organizational Development and Compensation & Benefits
- Strong analytical mindset and fluency with tools like Excel/Sheets, HRIS platforms, and workforce data
- Experience in multi-country HR operations, ideally within EMEA; familiarity with Turkish and/or Italian labor law is a plus
- Fluent in English and Turkish
- A strategic thinker and hands-on problem solver, able to drive HR initiatives independently
