You Will:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both technical and business roles, from position approval to offer acceptance.
Analyze recruitment trends and metrics, tracking progress and preparing reports for hiring managers and senior leadership.
Provide HR support across multiple functions, including Employer Branding, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Career Management, and Employee Engagement.
Collaborate with leaders and colleagues to provide strategic HR guidance.
Develop, implement, and support HR initiatives that enhance processes and contribute to the strategic growth of Armut/HomeRun.

You Are:

Holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field from a top university.
Fluent in both Turkish and English, with strong communication skills.
Experienced in human resources for at least 3 years within a fast-paced environment, especially in recruitment.
Preferably experienced in recruitment within a related field.
Familiar with ATS tools (e.g., JazzHR), social media channels, and professional networks.
Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
An excellent communicator with strong problem-solving skills.
Proactive and able to build strong, productive relationships.
Analytical and solution-focused in your approach.
Passionate about continuous learning, especially regarding new technologies and skills.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and uncertainty with confidence.
