You Will:
- Design, build, and maintain automation solutions to enhance category performance using data-driven approaches.
- Leverage advanced analytics, machine learning, and automation to optimize workflows and decision-making across product categories.
- Attend the Data Team ceremonies on a weekly basis to ensure consistency and state of the art best practices are deployed in the Category Team too
- Develop and deploy predictive models, NLP pipelines, and recommendation systems to support category strategy and execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with category managers, engineers, and data teams to scale automation initiatives.
- Experiment with and implement modern AI/ML techniques, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and LLM-based applications in production settings.
You Are:
- Holding a Bachelor's / Master's degree from a top school with a study in Engineering, Economics or Business departments.
- Experienced in related fields minimum 4 years.
- Highly skilled in SQL and Python scripting, with a strong command of data manipulation and transformation techniques.
- Comfortable working with diverse data types—structured, semi-structured, and unstructured—and choosing the right approach for each.
- Grounded in statistics, with experience in hypothesis testing, regression models, and understanding of key data distributions.
- Experienced in natural language processing (NLP) and text analytics, with a strong understanding of their applications in business contexts.
- Proficient in developing and applying machine learning models for prediction and automation.
- Familiar with modern AI trends, particularly large language models (LLMs) and their integration into real-world applications (e.g., RAG workflows, LLM-based tools).
- A strategic thinker with a builder’s mindset—passionate about using technology to solve complex category challenges.
