You will

• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends and patterns within large datasets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to integrate machine learning solutions into the platform
• Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through visualizations, reports, and presentations.
• Utilize data visualization techniques to communicate insights and findings to stakeholders.
• Develop, deploy and monitor machine learning models to improve our recommendation, matching, pricing and security related algorithms.
• Design and implement data pipelines for data collection, preprocessing, and feature engineering.
• Evaluate model performance and make recommendations for model improvements.
• Design experiments and A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of algorithmic changes.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in data science and machine learning techniques.

You have

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, machine learning, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL.
• Experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib).
• Solid understanding of statistical concepts and machine learning algorithms
• Previous experience with recommendation, matching or pricing systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, particularly AWS (Amazon Web Services) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders through compelling storytelling and presentations.
• Enthusiasm and curiosity for exploring and implementing newly emerged AI technologies, frameworks, and methodologies.
