You Will:
- Plan and support research activities, from scheduling participants to preparing interview guides and survey materials.
- Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and surveys with consumers and professionals.
- Synthesize research findings into clear, actionable insights and communicate them effectively to cross-functional teams.
- Utilize data to analyze user behavior, validate hypotheses, and inform research insights.
- Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams to ensure user insights are integrated into product development.
- Contribute to building and refining user personas, segmentations, and journey maps.
- Support the development of research operations (participant recruitment, knowledge management, templates, etc.) to scale research impact across the company.
You Are:
- Holding a Bachelor's / Master's degree in the social sciences, design, or a quantitative field (e.g. Psychology, Sociology, Statistics, Design, Business, Engineering).
- A fresh graduate or early in your career with up to 2 years of related experience (e.g., UX, User, Product Research).
- A curious and empathetic person, motivated to uncover what users really need and how they experience our product.
- Comfortable conducting interviews, facilitating usability tests, and observing user behavior.
Familiar with both qualitative and quantitative research methods, and able to combine them to tell a full story. - Proficient in, or willing to learn, SQL to query data and validate insights with quantitative evidence.
- Willing to experiment with emerging tools (including AI) to improve research workflows and analysis, while keeping user insights at the center.
- Skilled at communicating findings clearly and confidently to different audiences.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Open to feedback, eager to learn, and enthusiastic about growing as a researcher.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
