What You’ll Do
- Be a key part of our data-driven culture and get to work across our engineering, product, marketing, operations and customer support teams.
- Conduct in-depth quantitative and creative analyses, model predictively and run experiments to understand user behaviors so we can answer complex questions in strategy and take corrective actions within our marketplaces.
- Continuously turn your analytical findings into actionable recommendations to improve marketplace performance and lead execution of these recommendations.
- Own the P&L and customer happiness of one of our fastest-growing categories.
- Be directly responsible for growing our business, improving our matching and pricing strategies and enhancing the experience of our customers and providers.
- Design iteratively dashboards to monitor data real-time and report on KPIs, revise definition of metrics as business challenges and data evolve.
- Dream big, make short & long term plans with a can-do attitude.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's / Master's degree from a top school with a study in Engineering, Economics or related departments.
- C1 English & Turkish proficiency (Nice to have: B2 Italian proficiency).
- Preferably 2 years of experience in business development, strategic management, consulting, investment banking. Extra points if you did it in a start-up.
- Strong business judgment and comfort with analyzing large datasets to pull out actionable insights.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comprehensive Excel spreadsheet and comfortable using Google Workspace tools.
- Programming knowledge is needed (preferably SQL). We will expect advanced levels in a few months, for which we will provide full support.
- Intellectual curiosity about relevant developments in technology, business, analytics, and marketplaces.
- Itching for real responsibility - to be in a position where you can really make or break the company.
- Figure things out. You do not expect nor need hand-holding.
