What we’re looking for:

Bachelor's degree with a study in Engineering, Economics or Business department;
High-level English & Turkish proficiency;
0-2 years of experience in related areas;
Good understanding of financial modeling and ability to recommend or make improvements;
Ability to understand business drivers of the company and link local and global business drivers to financial modeling;
Comprehensive Excel spreadsheet and business modeling skills;
SQL knowledge is a plus;
Strong analytical, detail-oriented and problem-solving skills;
Tech-driven mindset with an interest in AI and automation tools, and motivation to apply them in financial controlling and daily finance operations;
Growth mindset and eagerness to learn, including new technologies and skills;
A CPA internship is a plus;
Audit/tax experience in Big 4 is a plus.

What you’ll do:

Actively assist the financial controlling team in ensuring timely and accurate monthly financial reporting to executive management and investors;
Partnering on the reconciliation between Local GAAP and management accounting;
Actively involved in daily finance operations (cash management, banking transactions, payments etc);
Participate in overall and departmental budgets by closely working with stakeholders to create high-quality forecasts as required;
Participate in local and international financial transformation/automation projects in a rapidly growing company.
