You Will:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both technical and business roles, from position approval to offer acceptance.
  • Analyze recruitment trends and metrics, tracking progress and preparing reports for hiring managers and senior leadership.
  • Provide HR support across multiple functions, including Employer Branding, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Career Management, and Employee Engagement.
  • Collaborate with leaders and colleagues to provide strategic HR guidance.
  • Develop, implement, and support HR initiatives that enhance processes and contribute to the strategic growth of Armut/HomeRun. 
You Are:
  • Holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field from a top university.
  • Fluent in both Turkish and English, with strong communication skills.
  • Experienced in human resources for at least 3 years within a fast-paced environment, especially in recruitment.
  • Preferably experienced in recruitment within a related field.
  • Familiar with ATS tools (e.g., JazzHR), social media channels, and professional networks.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • An excellent communicator with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive and able to build strong, productive relationships.
  • Analytical and solution-focused in your approach.
  • Passionate about continuous learning, especially regarding new technologies and skills.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and uncertainty with confidence.
