What You’ll Do

Design, launch and track campaigns across multiple online channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok Ads, including web and mobile in 14 countries;
Test, test, test - Constantly A-B test ad copies and visuals;
Analyze the results of our digital campaigns and take immediate action based on your learnings;
Work on daily reporting and budget optimisation to improve campaign ROIs;
Keep up to date with domestic and global digital marketing best practices;
Closely monitor the attribution and measurement of paid campaigns to ensure seamless tracking throughout the full funnel;
Continuously find new areas to improve.

Who You Are

Bachelor's / Master's degree with a study in Engineering, Business or Economics department;
High level English & Turkish proficiency;
Marketing full-time/internship experience in a technology company or a fast-paced environment;
Experience with different advertising platforms and tools preferred;
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills;
Fast learning skills with a can-do attitude;
Hunger for knowledge including new technologies and skills;
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
