Human Resources Intern

You Will

  • Build on & off campus Employer Brand to attract & hire top talents;
  • Organize tailor-made campus events to meet different departments’ needs;
  • Manage a digital presence that provides an in-depth look at our company culture and values;
  • Work closely with the Marketing team and create impactful content to attract talent, and tell stories about our employees and life at Armut;
  • Support day-to-day HR related duties as well as projects in relations to Talent Acquisition.

You Have

  • Enrolled as a Senior student in a top university; 
  • High level English & Turkish proficiency;
  • Preferably HR internship experience in a technology company or a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once;
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Hunger for knowledge including new technologies and skills;
  • Courage to face with ambiguity and uncertainty.
