You Will:
  • Build and Evolve our Platform: Contribute to our AWS infrastructure, focusing on enhancing internal tooling to empower product squads.
  • Drive Reliability & Performance: Help improve the security, reliability, scalability, and performance of our core AWS infrastructure (networking, gateways, shared services) and guide squads on applying best practices.
  • Resource & Architectural Optimization: Analyze AWS usage, identify cost-saving opportunities, and help implement solutions to optimize our cloud infrastructure resources and their spending, collaborating with squads.
  • Enhance System Observability: Implement and refine monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting solutions.
  • Empower Product Squads: Support and guide, help them effectively use IaC, implement observability practices, and provide support during major incidents.

You Are:
  • Bringing 1–3 years of proven hands-on experience.
  • Familiar with AWS fundamentals and eager to deepen your knowledge by working with core AWS services (e.g., Fargate, Cloudmap, Lambda, SQS, SNS, CloudFront).
  • Experienced in building or managing infrastructure using IaC tools; direct experience with AWS CDK is a strong plus.
  • Having knowledge in monitoring, logging, and alerting principles, with familiarity in tools such as Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, and OpenTelemetry.
  • Proficient in at least one relevant programming language (e.g., TypeScript, Go, Python, Bash).
  • Familiar with CI/CD concepts and tools; GitHub Actions experience is a strong plus.
  • Solid in understanding basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, Load Balancing).
  • A problem solver who enjoys digging into technical issues, learning how things work, and finding practical solutions.
  • A strong collaborator and communicator, able to clearly express technical ideas and enjoy working with other engineers.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
